Cancellation Policy

We strongly encourage all guests to purchase trip insurance. You may visit travelexinsurance.com

or travelguard.com (or other insurance company of your choosing) to protect your

investment in the event that your trip needs to be canceled. “Trip Cancellation” is defined as 1) You cancel the trip with us, or 2) We cancel the trip if a situation arises that makes it impossible for us to perform our duties in providing your trip.  In both cases, all the money you have paid us to that point is non-refundable. Due to our commitment to our guides, contractors, and vendors, all payments are final and non-refundable. 

 

Therefore, travel insurance is strongly recommended. Insurance will reimburse you if you cancel due to, but not limited to, illness, injury, smoke, natural fire, flood, or other acts of nature.  In addition, it will reimburse up to 75% of your trip cost under the Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR) policy if your trip is cancelled due to Oregon State mandate restrictions, such as a pandemic or to situations that make it impossible for us to perform a trip for reasons beyond our control. 

There are no exceptions to this policy.
